Should Taker go back to "the American Badass"?

After watching the Undertakers promo on friday night (talking about wayward souls, collecting souls, I think he rambled a little about funk and soul) do you think that Undertaker should go back to being the motorcycle riding Big Evil? I liked his Deadman Inc. gimmick and I know theres some people here that are dead set against him changing back (yes Minstry Chick I'm talking about you, princess) but would you like to see him go back to that gimmick?

I'm actually all for it. I'm bored to death (excuse the pun) of 'The Deadman'. What I liked about American Badass Undertaker was that he wasn't this unstoppable zombie. He could actually sell a lot more and feel pain.

Maybe if they draw out the feud with CM Punk, 'Taker can eventually just come out as himself and say he's sick of playing mind games etc, he just wants to kick ass.

Like when Lesnar bought in one of 'Taker's ex's and she called him 'Mark'. That was cool. :y:

In a word: NO.

He always looked more like a biker than a zombie to me, like a Hell's Angel f.e., but his run as American BadAss was pretty lame (especially his themes, fuck) and this current Taker is getting kinda stale. So fuck if I know if I'd like that, but I guess not.

I guess instead of being known the the ABA, he should just kinda be himself, so he's not being called ABA, but like, he is.

i say no to the biker gimmick again but yeah all of that talk about collecting souls is a bit over the top and made me chuckle more than anything.

i'm all for it. I liked the fact he had more character as the ABA. Not to over the top as with his previous "biker" persona. if he would just come out normal w/o the bike and have the "You're gonna Pay" theme it would kick ass

I hated the American Badass to be honest but I've never liked the magician we're stuck with now either so why not?

I do agree that the biker character allows him to cut more realistic promos, and is better suited for the times. However, since he is retiring soon probably, I think he should go out as the Deadman.

This. Heel biker taker was one of the most awesome heels in wwe history. He was just ruthless.

Yeah. I couldn't stand him as a face when he was the American Badass. Like major dislike there. When he turned heel though, he was amazing and became one of my favourite things on the show.

The only way I see this happening is if Limp Bizkit releases a new album... with all of the god damn promotional tie-ins on WWE TV every week I can not see a reason for them not to release another.

Not to give the impression that I want them to release new material. That might make me give up on life in general.

Fuck the Limp Bizkit and Kid Rock themes. They were....ummm....'cool', at the time. Regardless, you guys seem to be forgetting about the "You're Gonna Pay" theme, which was completely acceptable. Especially the version sans lyrics.

He should stay as undead Taker if he is going to be retiring anytime soon, though.

He could go back to the Ministry era theme though. Its just so evil and menacing. One of my favourite themes ever. Beats out the death march thing by a longshot.

While we are on the subject, I think he should change his current name from Undertaker to "Beneath Thief"

I don't like the over-the-top qualities of the current character. I'd like to see him become more realistic. Maybe not a complete change, though. A theme change would at least be nice.

well if he's going to keep threatening to take peoples souls a change would be nice
