I was going to ask that people show some class in this discussion but fuck it, go nuts.

If you're good enough to throw Jannetty through a window, you're better than Bret.

Bret had tremendous technical ability. But HBK has everything. Michaels without a doubt for me.

If I'm ranking my favorite wrestlers of all time, these two are probably #2 and #3 on the list. Now I've just got to figure out who goes in what spot.

HBK remained popular in the WWE throughout the Attitude Era he was not a part of.

Bret for me. I think until that final day for Vince, he was the model professional in all departments regarding the business. He was the perfect blend of old school and new school.

HBK is great, but I personally think he is terrible at the emotive stuff he's done, his whole persona is supposed to resemble a parallel to his real life, but he just overacts every facial expression. I think he is one of the worst 'sellers' to have achieved his kind of success.... He has had, and still does have amazing matches, but he isn't as often the ring genius he is made out to be.

When I look at better wrestler, I look at better wrestling, not better entertainer. Thus I voted Bret. Shawn is one of the greats, so is Bret. In my eyes, they're equal. However, I'm a Bret Mark. :P

Nah, but for real, this is a tough one. One part of me wants to vote for Bret just to get him into the Hall of Fame, but the other half has a real issue voting against HBK.

Shawn Michaels. As good as Bret Hart was, Shawn was better at everything except for submission holds. Way more versatile, better on the mic, relevant for longer, and just out right way more entertaining.
