Seriously, I am watching this for like the 10th time and I love that mini-series just as much as I did at first. Fucking genius.

I have it on box set, love watching it.

Currently watching through this series for the first time. The audio alone is blowing my mind.

Hoping to get it on blu-ray soon, as it is an amazing series.

You guys should also check out the book.

I've read it after seeing the series, but it was still awesome. And it is pretty amazing when you see a movie based on a book, done so damn well.

Getting it on blu-ray soon. There's been a copy sitting at blockbuster because everyone else has horrible taste and would rather buy american pie straight to dvd movies or something. How fortunate for me.

HBO makes some amazing original mini-series. This was definately one of their best. I really enjoyed Generation Kill as well.

Owned the box set since it first came out, must seen it 20 times, still love it.

+1 on the book also, read it at least 3 times now.

I've never seen it all the way through, but I enjoyed what i saw.

LOL but yeah, definitely a series I could watch again and again. I remember VHS'ing it the first time it was shown :o

So fucking awesome.

Loved the series especially how it mostly followed one person's perspective of the war but also managed to fit in other characters stories without being all over the place.

The Pacific was ok but didn't like it as much as Band of Brothers mostly due to having the 3 separate stories breaking up the experience too much.

I love Pacific but not nearly as much as BoB.

Not only the 3 seperate stories, but I've never been as interested in the Pacific theatre of war as I've been in European.
