Tower Defense titles for current consoles?
 

Yeah, started playing the TPWW arcade version of TD, and was looking for similar stuff. Like, XBLA, PSN, or even the portables. I know of Defense Grid, but haven't tried the demo, wouldn't touch South Park even if God Herself came down and told me it was the finest Tower Defense title EVAR, and I've played and will probably get the one they released recently on PSN (Savage Moon, methinks).

Anything else I might look at? I don't think I'd need a lot of these games, btu having at least one portable title for those long boring office visits might be good.

They have Crystal Defenders on XBLA. It's not bad, but not the best. I still play TD on SCBW when I can so I'm spoiled.

Not a fan of South Park? One of the funnest shows ever?

South Park is funnier than any post Kane Knight or G has ever made.

The South Park one is a pretty decent TD game, but if your completely anti-south park then its not for you.

Crystal Defenders is quite fun, and quite challenging until you get the hang of the tactics. We played the shit out of that until we had all but like 1 map beaten. And by then we were so sick of trying and so sick of the game that we just quit.
