Wii First person type games (Game Control)

Does anybody else have trouble with the games where you have to aim the Wii Remote at the screen to make your character look in the direction he needs to go and then move around the the Nunchuck? I can't stand it.

I rented Ghostbusters last night and it's a fun game, but I am having a hell of a time moving around my character while trying to shoot things. Sometimes I won't even be touching anything and my character will be spinning around.

This also happens in the James Bond game I have. I have to be real steady with that Wii remote and the thing goes haywire.

Now given, I am a horrible game player and only play like a couple days per month, but does anybody have any tips.

I wish I could just use the Nunchuck to move around 360 degrees.

all i hear is how great the controls are and how it beats a regular controller. personally i can't stand that shit and never want to play the game again after beating the first level

Only FPS game I have for the Wii is The Conduit. It does take a while to get used going from sticks to wiimote but that game does have customized controls for the deadzone and stuff.

Main problem is besides Metroid Prime 3, both Call of Duty's, Conduit, and maybe 1-2 other shooters is the developers usually end up messing up the deadzone or rushed making the controls.

I had no problem with Metroid Prime 3. I guess the main problem would be developers not making good first person perspective games for the Wii. The only good ones that coem to mind are Metroid Prime 3, Conduit (which ended up being just above average) and... I think that's it.

yea, I've been getting a little better at it, but sometimes the character will just completely go crazy and start spinning round and round because I've just totally gone of course with the remote.

Ghostbusters is not as hard me for as James Bond was, so it's not that bad.
