Kane nowadays thoughts, opinions, ideas, remarks?

I havent really seen much of Kane up untill reciently (I kinda turned a blind eye the Rey feud) and for the past few weeks I started watching him on Smackdown. I kinda like his not really heel or face, just kinda angry direction. He has gotten alot of crap over the years for not really adapting any new wrestling moves, but I've notcied reciently the low dropkick, and diffrent slams he's been trying. Then again he's 7ft tall so he dosent have to be a ring technician. What are your thoughts, opinions, ideas, remarks, agreements, disagreements, etc. about Kane's recient development?

Let's get this out of the way...

"Kane needs to put the mask back on"

That's what I hear

I love Kane

and I always will, he's looked a lot better lately too

Kane has been booked so poorly since the mask match in the garden that i havent cared about him in years. I look out for him once a year and thats to see if he beats his Royal Rumble record, that apart he might as well not be on TV

Michael Hayes is doing well at booking Kane like a beast. I am a big mark of Kane's.

HBPunk 11-28-2009 08:07 PM

Kane has been stale since 2004 and hes getting worse imo

He's a solid worker who's good at putting guys and feuds over. I like how just when it looks like he's getting buried and is losing credibility, they have him come up with a big win, or a strong match against a top guy anyway. He'll always just be the person that's there to put people over from now on and I don't think he minds that whatsoever. He's also a handy tool to have when the upper card is a bit thin they can just slot him in there whenever, regardless of his recent form and be an instant threat.

I dont think he really needs to put the mask back on. Looking back at him, he was doing the "kane-a-roonie" laughing and giggling, maybe it wasnt a bad thing to remove the mask and give him that psychotic edge back

I don't like hearing that everything of Kane's since his unmasking has been shit. His run with the Big Show as tag champion and his ECW title run were both done well. He's done good on and off at being a sort of random threat (as was said) was excellent. Most of all the whole Kane vs Undertaker bit that ran from the Survivor Series Buried Alive match through WMXX was quite good. And Team Sheep is right, for whatever reason, Kane has the whole deal going on where he can show up whenever and be seen as a real threat. The only problem with Kane comes when they try to book him as a heel; people just don't want to see him as a heel. What he did with Batista was perfect; walk up to the blowhard asshole and call him on on the shit he's spewing.

The Pope 11-28-2009 11:02 PM

He needs to get burned again and put the mask on forever

Xero 11-28-2009 11:33 PM

By "again" you clearly mean emotionally.

Mr. Nerfect 11-28-2009 11:43 PM

I wouldn't mind it if Kane started wearing the mask as a sort of quirk. He could take it off mid-match like how Kurt Angle would pull down his straps. It could sort of become a "muzzle" for Kane. It'd be something for the WWE to market for Kane, and I could see the kids snatching Kane masks up.

GREAT IDEA! he could do the peoples tombstone, wear two masks and toss one into the crowd before hittting the move. all the while Vince could be digging a grave in which to bury Kane's career

CWK 11-29-2009 12:41 AM

I have this feeling that Kane will turn on Undertaker..... their alliance will be short I think.

Nah, it wouldn't be more like that. The mask would provide a way of Kane to "harness" himself. It'd be a deep psychological comfort for him. When he removes it, he just goes nuts and destroys whoever is in front of him. Sort of like how he originally wore the towel over his head when he first unmasked.

DaVe 11-29-2009 07:51 AM

I miss that towel.:(

Tbh, the only thing about Kane's look that needs to changed is his attire. Give him a top again, or at least give a reason for him to be known as 'the big red machine'. He really doesn't stand out as much as he used to.

HBPunk 11-29-2009 11:17 AM

its daft but if kane put on a top again he'd look cooler and more dangerous,in those shit pants and flabby gut he sucks
