They started making it back when I still used to play games. I think it's been in works since 1997 or something.

Anyway, after all that time, it would be really hard to live up to all the hype.

Unless Valve gets the rights (I haven't heard anything since a blurb about Valve wanting to buy the rights to the code) I'd like to see them just release the shit online for free. It was like 97% done.
