It would be a good thing if he got the TNA Heavyweight Belt and got a good long run with it. He has a a ton of talent and would be a believeable World Champion. I think the crappy gimmick needs to be toned down alot though. Desmond Wolfe is an ok name, but the entrance with dark lighting and a full moon in the background making it appear that he is a wolf roaming around in the forest or something is just lame. He is talented enough on his own without crappy props.

Wolfe is NOT ready and isn't credible enough yet in TNA to be the Champion....yeah sure we all know that he was Nigel McGuiness in Ring of Honor....but not everyone who watches or follows TNA know who Nigel McGuiness was or what Ring of Honor is. He needs time and with the way TNA does horrible character development, its going to be a long time. He needs to get established as an OVER heel, and by over, I don't mean just going after the companies top guy in Kurt Angle. He needs to be tested in a multitude of fueds before he gets a crack at TNA gold, specfically the Heavyweight Championship. Maybe in 2 years I could see Desmond Wofle, TNA Heavyweight Champion, but in a year or less not likey!!

Well, most people that watch TNA do, in fact, know what ROH is. And I also tend to agree that he will be champ within a year.

Where the fuck have I been, Daniels has never been and in my eyes will never be more than mid card potential, he just doesn't have the look/build/charisma to be that top guys that the fans could believe as a Heavyweight Champion.

I love me some Daniels. I hope that he actually beats AJ Styles with help from Tomko at Final Resolution, and gets a decent heel run with the TNA World Title. But I don't think that is likely. Desmond Wolfe is on a tear, though, and his 2/3 Falls Match with Angle will hopefully be a classic. I don't think they should rush Wolfe, but I also don't think they should deliberately hold off on him.

When Wolfe is ready, he will be ready. I see it happening sometime in 2010.
