Prediction: The Rock will host Raw on the same night that Hulk Hogan makes his official official debut to Spike TV.

BDC saw this as TNA business as usual.

I'd say slightly more because I'm afraid they're going to be killed by Hogan.

NOT because of Hogan though, but the news he brought.

I think his knowledge will help get rid of some of the lousy bookers and get more wrestling time for the wrestlers which TNA has more than WWE

CONFIRMED from various sources that I have read and even Hollywood Insider who did a red carpet interview with the Rock for his latest movie for Disney/Pixar and quoted:

The Rock won't be hosting RAW on 1/4/2010 it looks like, I've heard they are in talks with SCSA do guest host RAW that night.

Hogan is not the problem. Potential Ed Leslie is.
