softmodding wii 4.1e just not happening!
 

I want to be able to play USB games but I cant seem to install WIIFLOW.

I've installed the hombrew channel but I think I need ios249 rev9 or something which I have searched high and low for without a result.

Can someone help with this version of WII . (oh and I dont have a wii internet wifi connection.)
