Show has had the better career. He can work a better match, cut a better promo. Sid does have a great look/gimmick/name, but overall I'd say Show is the better performer.

Psycho Sid was one of my favorite guys in the WWF in the late 90s and his Powerbomb had to be one of the sickest ever so he narrowly gets my vote here.

Big Show by a lot. Good wrestler during WCW and WWF/WWE and was able to go from comedic to serious as a wrestler without hurting his "image" in terms of wrestling fans unlike most wrestlers that struggle doing the same. Only downside is him never having a good heavyweight title reign until his ECW reign that actually helped the brand. His previous reigns in the WWE barely lasted more than 1-2 months and got cut shorter than it should have.

I liked Sid the most when he was the Psycho Sid character in the WWF since he managed to pull it off well with his promos. Never saw much of his WCW work except the last time he was with the company.
