Good songs by bands you're not fond of
 

<font color=969696>What are some songs that you love, but everything else from that artist seems to suck?

For me:

"The Shining", "The Mob Rules", and "Heaven and Hell" are three awesome Black Sabbath songs. Everything else by Sabbath comes off as boring.

"New Millenium Cyanide Christ", and "Gods of Rapture" are the only two Meshuggah songs I've ever listened to voluntarily.

"Better To Reign In Hell" by Cradle of Filth is good enough for me to tolerate Dani Davey's vocals for a few minutes. Almost every other Cradle of Filth song sucks horrendously.

Aside from a few bits and pieces of their debut album, "Crushing Belial" and "Stepping Outside The Circle" are the only Shadows Fall songs that aren't dull.</font>

I dunno. The only thing that comes to mind is Machine Head, I can only listen to their Burn My Eyes album. Dunno whats up with their other shit. :mad:

Passenger, Minerva and Digital Bath by Deftones.

Can't think of any particularly.

Then again, I got for the music, not the genre/song/artist...

Slipknot has a few songs I like, but I don't go out of my way to listen to them.

That new Avril Lavigne song. :$ (I'm so ashamed of myself) I find that I dislike it more and more everytime I hear it which is good though.

REM has a couple good songs but the rest just suck.

I used to like Sum 41's Fat Upper Lip or whatever it was but didn't like the band too much.Haven't heard it in a while so i might not like it now anyways.
