WCW Hall of Fame
 

The topic about if TNA should start their own hall of fame included a discussion about WCW's own Hall of Fame and gave me the idea for this question.

When the WWE bought out WCW, did they also get the rights to the WCW Hall of Fame or was it not part of the deal ?

I would assume they did (it's just an award after all, no literal hall), but just like Chris Benoit, they pretend it never existed.

So then nobody has an actual hall besides the national hall of fame (all types of wrestling and promotions) ?

That's the only one I know of.

How about the CZW Hall of Fame?

The WCW Hall of Fame seemed ok when I read about it. However, there's controversy attached to it when apparently Savage managed to get his father in which pissed off Solie, who ended up going in as well.

The WWE will have rights to it but will prefer their own Hall of Fame over WCW's.

The NWA has a hall of fame but I don't think there is a physical one.
