As I recall he only ever said "If you" or "Do you", but someone was arguing that he said "can you". What say you, internets?

i don't think he did and if he did it's a rarity

He always said "can you feel it" referring to the electricity in the air, but I don't think he's ever said "can you smell"

He might have said it when the phrase was just starting. I'm not sure though. Or maybe I'm just thinking of t-shirt or something that said it.

Maybe if he were to offer it in the form of a question.

Think the variations are all 'If' and 'Do', there might be the variation of 'Can' out there but it might be when he was tweaking the cathphrase at the begining. Hmmm
