Am I the only one that thinks he is 84.73% the future of the WWE?

LOOK: He has it. Between the ink and the "I'm not in shape, but I am" physique that he has.. I'm all for it.

WORK RATE: Second to none. I've yet to see a CM Punk match in the E to where someone has carried him.

GIMMICK: When he first came in and was a face, I was upset. Punk is so much better as a heel, and the Hardy feud proves it. He gets over as well as anyone, and the CM Punk chants at the Rumble proves it. I really think that he has the ability to be a company man.

I wish I could elaborate more, but I am far too intoxicated to go on. Flame me, bash me, do what you will, but understand that CM Punk might be the WWE's only saving grace.

Friends of mine that are non-wrestling fans, or who have watched it but hate the current product, adore Punk. If a guy can get that over, why the fuck would you hate him?

I like CM Punk as well but here is the reasons he won't do much more then he already has in the WWE:

1. He isn't 6'5 and built like a greek god like Vince likes in his champions
2. Doesn't have Triple H's seal of approval
3. Is actually Straightedge and doesn't fit well with the old guard behind the scenes

Yo I cant believe ppl still say this with a str8 face especially after CM Punk has been pretty much getting the biggest push out of any young dude in the WWE.

He has won the world title several times, won the IC title and formed a stable all in a few years of being in the wwe, if that aint a sign that he is liked by Vince and Co then I dunno what U want, maybe if Punk and Vince made out in the ring, lol, but come on 4 real, people should stop saying this stuff, its obvious WWE loves Punk and are using him great and he will only accomplish more. Its just that he has accomplished things that most people accomplish over long carriers but he accomplished it in his first few years.

He is on a role and imo, he will continue to be on it and be even more succesful because its obvious the WWE management likes it. Of course u might say that he has been pushed down the card, but lets face it, all main eventers go down the card once in a while and thats one of the strong things about Punk, he can go up and down the card, make other dudes look good and then not be hurt when he go up the card because the fans absolutely love him.

Also his heel character is perfect.

I guess muffalufagus hasn't ever read a thread in this forum if he thinks he's the only one.

His feud with Jeff Hardy basically made him into the top heel on Smackdown based on how he got the target crowd WWE cares about to absolutely hate him (kids and women). Ever since then, he's been involved in the main event or been evolving his heel straight-edge character into a sinister cult-like leader with his new stable. He basically stole the Rumble for best wrestler mainly for trying to persuade wrestlers to join his group and doing promos during the actual Rumble match.

He's tied with Jericho as my favorite heel wrestler in the WWE.

Yeah, doesn't matter. WWE is holding him back. I mean, really. Pushing someone to the moon, using them as one of your posterboys, and grooming them for long term success is TOTALLY holding him back. And the fact that he did this on the back of the old guard doesn't undermine my next statement that he ruffles the feathers of the old guard. And he was the only good/memorable thing about this years Royal Rumble as well.
