The real dream match noone ever talks about...

aside from the one person I saw mention it on here in passing. Shawn Michaels vs. The Rock. How fucking nuts would that shit be?

Ol Dirty Dastard 02-07-2010 01:35 AM

Pretty sure Shawn Michaels vs. the Rock feud would blow people's minds.

Anybody Thrilla 02-07-2010 01:36 AM

Make it happen.

McLegend 02-07-2010 01:37 AM

It would be tremendous. The Rock doesn't like Shawn Michaels though.

Anybody Thrilla 02-07-2010 01:39 AM

They don't have to like each other to work together.

McLegend 02-07-2010 01:43 AM

The Rock turned this match down before on account him not liking HBK.

Point still taken though.

Anybody Thrilla 02-07-2010 01:45 AM

If the price is right, I'm sure they could work something out.

McLegend 02-07-2010 01:46 AM

That is true it could very well happen.

Lock Jaw 02-07-2010 01:48 AM

If Bret Hart can hug Shawn Michaels in the ring, then I'm sure The Rock could also get over it.

Lock Jaw 02-07-2010 01:49 AM

Whatever "it" is.

This match would be pretty amazing though.

Anybody Thrilla 02-07-2010 01:49 AM

So what's the beef between Rock and HBK? I never knew.

McLegend 02-07-2010 01:56 AM

Basically HBK was a dick to the Rock when he was a young up and comer.

Favre4Ever 02-07-2010 04:12 AM

It would be crazy to see it at this year's Mania. They have a perfect setup for it too.

Michaels wants another shot at the Undertaker. He talks about it for months, but falls short at the Rumble. But Michaels won't take no for an answer. He is already doing this thing where he's saying that the Undertaker is the only opponent worthy of being in a match with him at the big dance. So at the end of a RAW episode in the immediate future, he goes to the ring and calls out the Undertaker and demands a match with him.

And that's when the Rock's music hits. You commence shitting your pants. Maybe you already have just thinking about this.

Favre4Ever 02-07-2010 04:13 AM

I can already see HBK's opening line.

"Wait........aren't you the Tooth Fairy?"

#BROKEN Hasney 02-07-2010 04:27 AM

It's no Kidman vs. El Generico but I would watch it anyway

read brets book he talks about what happened when he beat what was rocky maivia and hhh and shawn wanted bret to bury him but he refused.

Nicky Fives 02-07-2010 09:14 AM

I would have loved to see it in late 2002/early 2003, but if now is the only time it can happen, I'm down

Mr. Nerfect 02-07-2010 10:35 AM

It'd be an intense feud, no doubt about it. The Rock returning and talking a lot of shit about Shawn Michaels, and HBK doing the same about The Rock. When is The Rock meant to be doing his little thing with the WWE this year? They can plan the seeds then, easy. Maybe The Rock would even be willing to work one more WrestleMania match...

Wishbone 02-08-2010 01:02 AM

this would be freakin' epic too bad it'll never happen

Lock Jaw 02-08-2010 01:13 AM

Never say Never Again.

Lock Jaw 02-08-2010 01:14 AM

Or I'll beat you with a sack of rusty puppies.

FourFifty 02-08-2010 02:37 AM

...rusty puppies?

Xero 02-08-2010 10:37 AM

Am I the only one tired of all this Rock talk?

Ol Dirty Dastard 02-08-2010 11:00 AM

Yeah I'd say so. Since people keep posting about him and all, and you're the only one to complain.

Anybody Thrilla 02-08-2010 12:03 PM

What's wrong, Xero? Do you not smell what he's cooking?

CSL 02-08-2010 12:07 PM

Thread title sounds like it could be a Brand New song

Anybody Thrilla 02-08-2010 12:15 PM

I'm still struggling between 'off the hook' and 'off the chain'.

The Franchise 02-08-2010 12:25 PM

I went with other

Not a fan of Rock's in-ring work. So I guess you could say no, I don't.

Ol Dirty Dastard 02-08-2010 02:43 PM

lol wow you really are a huge douche. Nah not really, but come on, it's the fucking Rock. And he was a pretty stellar worker. People under rate how phenomenal his timing was. He was a pure showmen. He should just never EVER try do the sharpshooter again, that's all.

Xero 02-08-2010 02:46 PM

I can see why he's liked, I just don't enjoy his shitty style.

Will say he sells well and yeah, he has timing. Doesn't mean I have to enjoy him.

sa 02-08-2010 03:16 PM

That would suck.

Ol Dirty Dastard 02-08-2010 05:04 PM

He's also very athletic and bumps more than most main eventer.

ministrychick77 02-08-2010 06:00 PM

actually not interested in this match. would rather see cena/rock honestly. or if that's not going to happen, for people to stop talking about rock coming back. i'm kinda tired of him
