Just watched Batista's ten minute promo where he didn't speak the entire time. My question is, how long do you think they would have let him go? I think he could have easily filled half an hour of air time walking around the arena with that spotlight on him and staring down people wearing those dumb orange Cena shirts.

Also that jacket is retarded.

They had Batista do the fucking Eddie silent promo?

Fuck that. He doesn't deserve such genius.

I was wondering where I could find that promo as Ive only heard about it I really wanna see it.

I happened to channel surf past Smackdown tonight. I left it on while I was sitting with my dogs. I saw the Batista bit, my question is this: this is what passes for WWE programming now a days? Or was that the exception?

Was it really that bad? I enjoyed it. Him teasing it again then taking off for good.

Batista is very good when he is seen and not heard.

I'd reckon that promo went really long due to Morrison hurting himself in that match with R-Truth, and they needed to fill time.

This will no doubt be the best promo Batista has ever done.

Well obviously, but the spot was just retarded.

I had a weird Batista-related dream awhile back (no homo).

Batista was entering this quiet and abandoned place. He was on a mission to save some blond haired girl who was tied up to a pole. Batista entered the quiet yet open area.....and saw the girl. The girl was tied up and gagged, but she was trying to warn Batista not to enter.....as it was a trap.

Batista slowly made his way towards the girl.

All of a sudden - Powerman 5000's "When World's Collide" theme started busting in the background. All of a sudden, all of these Gangrel clones came out of nowhere and started trying to attack Batista! (sort of like those Agent Smith clones when they attacked Neo in The Matrix).

It was a strange dream, but it made me 'lol' during the dream. I then woke up.

It's very weird. But then again - I am also the same guy that has found amusement at the idea of Michael Stima giving head for 5 years running. :O

I thought the promo was great. Promos have become very formulaic over the past fews years. Unless it was dubbed in the heat he got was awesome. It reminded me of an an old AWA match I think it was Scott Hall vs. Larry Zybysko. The two didn't touch each other for the first 5 minutes and they had the crowd in their hands. Colonel Debeers could do that too with just a twirl of his mustache.

It was all going just fine until you heard him on the ramp say the words "Oh, you want an explanation?". He should have just not said anything at all. Ever.
