Is Jeff actually in TNA?

That link says he is but he isn't on the roster and he hasn't appeared on TV since Jan 4th. Is he some sort of backstage consultant because of a no compete clause with WWE? If TNA wanted ratings I'd think that they would have him on TV.

I've read that he is under contract, but TNA is waiting until his drug charges have been settled.

I disagree, you don't want a guy being charged of drug trafficking in your locker room, when some of your guys are probably on the roids anyway. If it was just possession, not a huge deal, but distribution is dangerous to have in a locker room.

I'm sure most TNA fans know that there's always a good possibility that someone is trafficking anyways. Personally I have no problem with it. But I can understand not wanting a known trafficker in there from the standpoint that the wrestlers who are clean don't want to have their image tarnished. But they still had him on live, so it confuses me.

It was only one night. How is that confusing?
