They do indeed, at least according to the paper I read today. Spurs have 34. Meanwhile Chelsea have 25. Not sure if that makes them 2nd biggest but Spurs are definitely top.

Actually, think about it, Chelsea just have strength in depth. We've got a pretty huge squad full of shit players.
