OK, I just had this image, and it struck me as an interesting one. It will probably never happen, and just to cover my ass for suggesting something that's been suggested millions of times, and each time it has been rejected by countless people on the internet, I am not a HUGE fan of the guy, and I have seen only one or two of his matches. Anyway, how about Sting?
I just had this vision of Cena and Angle going for 20-30 minutes at Unforgiven as Cena is getting to his feet and BAM! Baseball bat to the skull by Sting. The ref rings the bell as all three commentators are pissed that he is here. Angle is pissed as well, because he loses the match by DQ. Angle attacks Sting, but gets a belly-to-belly and a baseball bat shot to the head, which busts Angle open. Security pours out to get rid of Sting, but Eric Bischoff is out and tells them to stop. He introduces us to the newest RAW superstar...Sting.
Now I'm not sure of Sting's WCW relationship with Eric Bischoff (storyline-wise), but if it is unpleasant, you can have Sting vow that when he beats Cena for the WWE Title, Bischoff will feel his sting.
Flair and Sting can have another match together, with the backstage assault (now revealed to be caused by Sting) being the cause for it. Sting goes over with the Scorpion Death Lock.
Cena has always been compared to a "Young Sting", so why not put him in a match with "Crow Sting"? You can build up Cena's repsect for Sting, the fact Sting wants to re-establish the WCW side of the WWE Title's lineage, as well as get his name on the "Buddy Rogers" list. I'm not sure if Sting can still go in the ring, but he could make some money for the company. Sting vs. Edge, Sting vs. Kane, Sting vs. Kurt Angle, Sting vs. Shelton Benjamin, Sting vs. Triple H, Sting vs. Shawn Michaels, Sting vs. anybody else he hasn't faced, are all fresh matches capable of being PPV worthy.
Just an idea. Not sure if it would work out or not, but it is interesting to ponder.
