The crappy cutouts are for effect. Although for last year's SummerSlam they actually used PSDs off the internet. I'm not shitting you, they actually took PSDs from sites and used them.

Anyway, I've noticed that they use that graphic for all cage match promos that aren't stationary in the back (rotating). They're just too fucking lazy to render the ring and take off the top.
