And besides, Paul E. doesn't own ECW anymore and the Dudley's signed with the WWE. And unless the Dudleys went and registered a trademark for any of their names and gimmicks, then they have no legal recourse to challenge this.
Sad truth. I couldn't imagine if someone told me I couldn't use my gimmick or name. Fucking sucks, its almost like somebody died.
