My favorite was Kane versus Edge....
Seriously though, one that stands out is the 6 man hell in a cell at Armagedon, HHH vs mankind, Undertaker vs Mankind wasn't really a good match, but it was very interesting to watch. And of couse, Angle vs Benoit.
