I don't have any shows I'm ashamed of. The best fit would probably be Gilmore Girls, but I don't tend to have any one sets of shows I watch. My regular TV lineup includes:

The WWE Programs
Gilmore Girls
Stargate: SG-1 and Atlantis
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
CSI
The Simpsons/Family Guy/Futurama/American Dad
Mind of Mencia
Realtime with Bill Maher
Come to think of it, Pro Wrestling is probably the odd man out.
