Everyone is like " Ohhhhh Manning cant win the big game " STFU. How many QB's have won the big game in the past 6 years. Brady, Johnson, Dilfer, and Warner? Wow if we are gunna judge Manning on winning the big game and knock Manning as much as he gets knocked in the media for not winning that " Big Game" then i'd hate to see what people say about the other 27 starting QB's in the league right now. Oh thats right no one says anything about them . The " Big Game " argument is so old and played out.

Manning is ( 29?) years old. He's got so much career ahead of him. Tom Brady was fucking fortunate. He's a great QB and he got placed in a greater situation and he's reaping the benifit. Manning is better and when he gets the ring. There wont be any argument about it. If you dont think so... Let me put this in perspective for you.

Tom brady has 3 rings. Brett Farve has 1. Whos the better QB when its all said and done? How much better will Manning be when he gets a ring?

This isnt even about Manning vs Brady. Its about the teams. The facts are this. Manning hasnt had a defense to make crucial stops in big games like AFC championship games. He's been forced to make shit happen on his own and 90% of his career. He's made the shit happen. He played bad snow, sleet, and shitty field conditions. Against a great defense and without the luxury of a decent defense to make plays agasint the Patriots. You wanna hang your hat on that and toot your horn. Be my guest. Hey you have the rings. You're well withing your right, but dont be knocking Peyton Manning for not winning the big game , because he lost to a overall better team. This year. I truely believe we have the better team and i'll say it here. Theres no excuses. We should go to the Superbowl reguardless of who we play and how good they are because we are better.

And yes if we beat you in the regular season or if we beat you in the playoffs or both, I will be very happy. The Patriots are the measuring stick of the league not just the Colts. Thats what comes with being the champs. Every team in the league wants to beat you. Only a couple have what it takes to beat you and the Colts are one of them. So the regular season game means alot. Maybe not to New England, but to the Colts. It could possibly mean home field advantage for when we could possibly meet the second time. No one including the Colts wants to play New England in the shit hole in December. Thats why November 7th means so much.

One game. One night to make a statement that we are better. Its not guaranteed that we see you in the playoffs. Just because this game means so much doesnt mean the ultimate goal is not the SUperbowl. If you seriously think that, then you have problems. Everyones goal is the superbowl , but also for the short term. The Colts wanna beat the Patriots and silence the critics on whos the best.

This is a Huge game for Peyton Manning and the team. Lets not single out Manning because he's the star. This is a team game.

Anyway, I didn't read your whole thing, it's getting painful, because I don't think you're really this clueless, I just think you're thinking with your heart instead of your brain.

I will say this, it will be a team win if the Colts win, same for any nfl team, that being said what I find funny is if you look back, the Defense has done a decent job against the Patriots, it's typically been the OFFENSE that came up short or was simply "out played".

Oh, and as for the "shit hole" this ain't basketball, it's football, it's played out doors in all kinds of weather. that's why I've never understood why teams bild domes, might it help them 8games a year, sure... but come the playoffs they go outside and tend to choke. Plenty of teams have come up in the snow/rain/cold and played well, even in a loss, heck think NE is bad, try an AFC championship game in Buffallo.

Anyway, RP, we can pick this up again in November. I hope both teams stay healthy, I don't want either team to say "well, if we had". Although the Pats haven't seem to been very effected by the big injuries over the years, I think the one that would truely take them out would be Brady.

On a side note, it's funny how we talk about "the past", everyone has been asking the Pats about their "rematch" with Carolina and the Pats just kinda look at the reporter funny, on the flip side the Panthers keep talking about it. Heck the year after that SB the Pats played Carolina in pre-season and the fans had "rematch" shirts... lmfao...

Pats and Colts both have good teams, but don't count out the Falcons, Eagles, Panthers, Steelers, and many more.
