Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks
This game is surprisingly good, considering every other game that Midway made under the MK moniker that wasn't a fighting game was horrible.

It's extremely addictive, and has some pretty complex combos and funny fatalities. There's something really gratifying about watching Kung Lao pull a rabbit out of his hat and then beat someone to death with it.
