Mark Viduka, Marco Bresciano and Jason Culina were excellent against Jamaica.
Well I dunno who I want. Let's look at the 3 opponents we might get
Uruguay
Pros: We've played them before and we will know their stengths and weaknesses a bit better than the other two countries. We have also beaten them before (1-0 in Melbourne) so we know we can beat them.
Cons: They'll also know our strengths and weaknesses, plus they beat us overall last time to qualify, with the 3-0 in Montevideo (

) so they could have a mental advantage over us.
Chile
Pros: Would be more suited to us
Cons: A very tricky team that can go awol if it wants to. Plus, a large Chilian population in Australia. We don't want a farcical situation like we had when Turkey visited here, with nearly half the ground supporting Turkey.

Having said that, I think only 500 or so tickets will be allocated for away fans in Sydney, so we shouldn't have that problem.
Columbia
Pros: 'Easier' opponent (although they're all difficult), we probably have a very good chance to put a few past them in Sydney.
Cons: High altitude...will be an absolute cunt to have to travel there for the away leg.
They're all gonna be difficult - especially the away legs - but I think overall it will be better to play Chile. I'm just fucking rapt we have the away leg first so we can go there, hopefully steal a draw, then get the fuck out of there, come home and just gun it for a result.
Let's see what happens Wednesday
