WWE can't enforce dress codes outside of their TV shows. Technically, they can't even enforce it backstage because wrestling talent are not employees. They are all classed as "independent contractors". And don't even argue that they are employees because they aren't. Basically WWE is holding guys by the balls in that they know they are the only place you can work and make a good regular income. If another company was around, this rule wouldn't be.

Do you think it really effects drawing power? Yeah I'm really gonna pay more money to see the Undertaker, Tito Ortiz or Oscar De La Hoya if they are wearing suits.

I wish they put as much effort into their TV product as they do to stupid fucking dress codes.
They can't enforce it in any legal sense, but since they can affect how and where you're working, they really DO affect it. The issue is, since they're contracted and not emlpoyees, they don't even have the right to fight it (IIRC).
