Ya know.. I'd agree with everything above... except for one thing... it's Weis.
You need to understand Charlie. He never really played football. He went to ND and sat in the stands for every single game.
Charlie almost died 2yrs ago, he had gastric bypass, because he felt being as heavy as he was, hurt his chance of being a head coach.
More then once it was rumored that Belicheck put a "gag order" on him, because he got to into "self promotion".
Do I think it would happen? With those teams... Only one I could see is Saint Louis.
He steps into a decent team, with still a good core offense that's capable of being great.
That being said, most people expect if he continues to do well, that he'll be back in the NFL after 2-3yrs.
The other watch is Carrol, while everyone sees how good he is with college players, and how comfortable he is in southern cali, there was talk last year and some more this year, that for the right money and right team, he'd love a chance to "prove" himself as an NFL coach, personally, I think he'd be nuts.
As for Wies, the money and the team will be big factors, he also was tuned down for a bunch of pro jobs before taking ND, might be looking for the ego boost in a few years. But at that point he'll have "his recruits" so I don't see why he'd leave then.
