Smith had a better running game than the Panthers by himself. Delhomme didn't have anything to bail him out, I guess that's why I thought he had a shot at it.
Especially considering he started 1-9 for 1 yard and ended with something like 16-31 for over 300, 3 tds, and no picks.
Also, I am definately not against giving the MVP to somebody for the losing team.

MVP should def going to a member on the winning team.
Especially in this case, Brady had a better game + he led his team to victory.
