It wasn't revolutionary or anything, but it had:
* Joey Styles instead of Jim Ross.
* The long-awaited new character for "Gregory" Helms.
* The return of the most hated heel of 2005, Daivari.
* An excellent Shelton/Carlito match.
* Quite a bit of "A" for the fans of T&A.
* The start of what could be the best heel tandem since the Two-Man Power Trip.
Granted, any show that has Chris Masters in the main event can't be all good, but the show had more +s than -s this week (which I haven't been able to say many times this year).
