Top 5 Pros:

1) The most talented group of wrestlers ever assembled (IMO)
2) Potential for excellent "dream" matches left and right
3) Veritable hype machine when it comes to promoting events or new wrestlers
4) Ties with OVW, which basically means a constant flow of new up-and-coming talent
5) The better shows are flat-out excellent

Top 5 Cons:

1) Politics weighing down the entire promotion
2) Appalling mis-management of talent
3) Ridiculous overuse of swerves and bait-and-switch tactics that piss the crowd off
4) Not only giving fans what they don't want, but growing absolutely hostile towards dedicated viewers
5) The worse shows are worthy of inductions into Wrestlecrap
