These are in no particular order.

Pros:
  1. The influx of new talent over the last two years (Lesnar, Orton, Cena, Dupree/Conway/Grenier, Cade, Jordan, etc.)
  2. Paul Heyman in a prominent TV role (and with a little REAL authority!)
  3. The two #1 contenders? Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero!
  4. A well-booked Royal Rumble match that legitimized almost every participant.
  5. The three-man RAW announce team. Coach definitely takes some of the edge off of having to listen to Ross and Lawler for two hours.

Cons:
  1. Having to listen to Ross and Lawler for two hours.
  2. Steve Austin in a prominent TV role (and with authority!)
  3. Backstage politics
  4. A three-man Cruiserweight division with a dozen cruisers buried on Velocity
  5. The Golden Box of Unused Gimmicks not being entirely a joke
