The scene in ER where Dr. Green dies. It shows the angle of him lying on the bed, and you know he just died. Not gonna lie, there were tears in my eyes after watching that episode.

Oh God, that got me so horribly. That, and the letter that Carter was reading, and at the end, you find out it's from Elizabeth, and she left a note saying he died that morning.
