You see, when they bring out names for places that T.O. can go...it isn't based on any facts at all. Do you think the people making these decisions are secretly telling journalists "Hey maybe next year we will sign T.O." No, they aren't. When the Vikings just give up Randy Moss, who in his time at the Vikings wasn't nearly as disruptive as T.O. was this year, why would they bring Terrell Owens in? That's not even the problem, the problem is in the offensive line.
So yes, the Vikings, Raiders, Falcons, and Packers could technically make a good home for him, but that doesn't mean that they have expressed interest in any way at all. It is just what looks good on paper.
