-I have come to the realization that RVD will probably never main-event in the WWE EVER, but "why" is this exactly? RVD may not have the greatest mic skills, but neither does Brock Lesnar. RVD may not be a 'homegrown' WWF talent, but neither were Big Show or Chris Jericho. RVD may not be the greatest technical wrestler, but neither was a guy like Hulk Hogan. Austin was also not that great when he first became champ in 98'. I think it's a damn shame that RVD may never be put in a position to DRAW for the company. But oh well.
Probly just down to Vinnie Mc's fetish for guys that weigh over 270lbs, it's sad that a guy with so much talent has gone to waste. Unfortunately Vince seems to make a habit of building guys up & pushing them so far, then deciding he doesn't want them to get bigheaded so he puts them back in the mid-card (see Y2J - undisputed champ to love-sick puppy). I just hope a certain Royal Rumble winner won't end up going the same way .....
