Anyway, that story about the head is still preposterous, as Head was first used in ECW on a whim, and was like just a styrofoam head, but whatever.
I think what they are saying is, the manequuin head used to model mankind's mask was reused as Al Snow's head. Ie instead of buying a new manequin they just reused that one.
