Those were actually twins. Not that I know the credits for Big Daddy or anything...

I'd say Sean Bean for Triple H. He's a good enough actor to pull off an American accent (and the uhhhhhhs will help), plus damned if he isn't a dead ringer when he's playing Boromir in LotR.

Prince Albert the A-Train would be rendered in CGI by Pixar, having proven that they're capable with the "Sully" character in Monsters Inc.
