Meh, the action in the ring was indeed subpar, but give the guys some credit. I mean, they flew thirty hours and probably got little sleep once there, what with all the hanging around the troops and all, not to mention whatever else they may have had to do to help with production of the show.

I give each and every person in the company that went over there just to entertain the troops a ton of credit. Vince's shot at the media may have been a bit selfish, and fuck it, it WAS pretty damn selfish, but it got the troops fired up. Wrestling (at least pro wrestling) is about getting the audience wrapped up into the show. Drawing everyone into what you're saying or doing in that ring is key. I thought JBL was great, talking about how he was gonna cancel Christmas, New Year's, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, their leave, their R & R, etc., etc., etc. It was classic.

Highlights included JBL, and for me, believe it or not, the diva tag team match. I was actually impressed with Maria actually wrestling a little bit. Ah well, that's my three cents.
