I think the future for Rey is going to be good, he has had a huge push this year. He's still a good wrestler. In my opinion he is the most talented wrestler in WWE(sorry, but that is my opinion
) I think one day he really could be wwe champion. He has wins over Eddie Guerrero(RIP), Chris Benoit, JBL, Shawn Michaels, all who have been WWE champions.
