Disturbing is the wrong word for me. It definately makes you feel sad during reading it but it is still very compelling. Made me sheds tears a lot through it. If you are only going to read a book that makes out wrestling is the best thing ever like every other book seems to then you might as well not bother with this. If you are open minded though, it's awesome and very true.
