Actually, by the modern definition, having a variety of moves does make you good in the ring. In his day, yes, Hogan cut it in the ring. However, wrestling has evolved. If you look at wrestlers without taking the era into consideration, but instead, view it as a constant rank, then Hogan no longer breaks the top ten for total package. 20 years from now, some of the people on my list may not cut it. Comparitively though, all around, Hogan does not compare to the people on my list as being a total package.

If you want to break it down in eras, that's different. Since I'm not taking the state of wrestling when they wrestled into account, I'm not taking into account that Hogan "cut it" for his time period.

Also, one other thing, when I rank wrestlers, I don't consider how much money they made. Goldberg made WCW a lot of money, but I don't see people ranking him.
