since the begining of this post, ive been asking which one you think he has the grounds to sue for. then i broke down the whole laymans/techincal terms to further maybe help someone understand the diffrence between the 3 legally. thank you for you input on there technical meanings, im sure it helped, but really im talking about the legal aspects of charges that could be pressed and the names of those charges.
