I think we all know the answers are yes and no respectively, in that order.
If Hassan were to return at any time during the Angle/Cena feud when Cena is still face (and it's very possible, what with Daivari and everything) I think Cena would be doomed.

An Angle/Hassan/Daivari stable would be a pretty great heel group if the WWE hadn't put Angle in with Cena. At this point, it's inevitable that Angle is going face and Cena is going heel unless the WWE ends the storyline. Even then, Cena is still going to go heel.

Angle, though. He can easily stay heel after Cena if he started an anti-American stable with Hassan.
