To be fair, Collosus is not a major roled person, so not having a Russian (or Russian accent) doesn't reall matter that much in the grand scheme of things.
It does when he had a relatively large speaking part (for a minor character) and when you consider that, since he has his own face shot this time, he probably has a much bigger part.
