This one is easy, but it always made me laugh.

"I SHOT HIM 6 TIMES!
6 TIMES! I SHOT HIM 6 TIMES!"

And in a somewhat related movie, this popped into my head. When we rented this next movie my friend and I rewinded this part over and over again and laughed. We were young so it was funny back then.

"We want to help you"
"Help yourself.. ****ER!"
