I loved Brock, but I still say he's an ass and an idiot. He signed that to go to the NFL, he failed, and he's now in a spot where he's used up all or most of his money and can't get a job.

I'm with WWE on this case. Brock shouldn't be able to fight (Pro Wrestling, MMA, etc) anywhere until 2009 (or whenever his contract was set to expire). Hell, why doesn't he try out for the olympics?
