I have a bunch but the one nobody ever seems to recognise is The Larry Sanders Show. Think The Office, but set on a late night show a la Letterman instead of an office. In fact stuff like The Office would not exist today if it wasn't for Larry Sanders' influence, it was way ahead of its time.
Cast includes Garry Shandling, Jeffrey Tambor (who you will know from Arrested Development), Rip Torn, Penny Johnson Jerald (sp? Palmer's wife from 24) and Janeane Garofalo.
Seriously, I cannot underline enough how ahead of its time and influential this show has proven to be over time. Some of the material has dated because it was written around stuff happening at the time, but a lot of it is just classic.

I used to love that show, my sister was a guest star on it once. She was Larry's assistant or something.
