But hey, I guess anyone can get over with a gimmick. I swear, I'm going to stick a microphone in my toilet and record all my vocals while flushing. with the "retro" garage band craze that they've started, people will equate this with quality music because the quality of the music is inversely proportional to the quality of the recording.

I mean, just because Frank Black can record live to 2 track AND sound competent doesn't mean we can expect a half competent recording from the saviors of rock...
