He'll never cover the tat. The pepsi symbol is huge in the sxe culture (as it represents something that won't get you drunk or high).
He hasn't changed the name of the move in OVW yet, doubt they'll do it if he ever reaches the big time.
The great thing about Punk is that, unlike Nic Dinsmore, he already has a built-in "gimmick" because it's who he really is.
